Agreement to terms
By accessing or using bebestwithai.com ("the Site") or any BeBest services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.
Description of services
BeBest provides AI Brand Intelligence services including AI Visibility Snapshots (free assessments), AI Visibility Audits, AI Visibility Monitoring, and related AI Recommendation Strategy services. Specific service terms, scope and deliverables will be agreed in a separate service agreement or statement of work where applicable.
Free AI Visibility Snapshot
The AI Visibility Snapshot is provided at no charge as an introductory assessment. It is not a substitute for a full AI Visibility Audit and does not constitute a guarantee of future AI recommendation performance. BeBest makes no representations about outcomes resulting from information contained in the Snapshot.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, data visualisations and underlying methodology — is owned by or licensed to BeBest and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Deliverables produced for you as part of a paid engagement (such as an AI Brand Intelligence Report) remain BeBest's intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes is granted.
Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us about your business — including company details, competitors and strategic context — as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BeBest does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from the use of our services. AI model behavior is inherently dynamic and subject to change by the model providers; BeBest cannot guarantee future AI recommendation outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeBest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including lost profits, loss of data or business interruption, even if BeBest has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Payment terms
Payment terms for paid services will be set out in a separate service agreement. All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced at the agreed rate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
